BENEFITS:  IPC offers competitive salaries and a generous benefits package including health insurance, life/AD&D insurance, as well as vision and dental plans.  Employees become eligible for insurance benefits upon the first of the month following 60 days of satisfactory service.  

RETIREMENT:  IPC offers one of most generous 401(k) matches in the local industry and uses low-cost Vanguard investment choices.  Employees become eligible to contribute after 1 year of satisfactory service and receive a dollar for dollar match up to 4% of salary - effectively doubling your contribution!  Our matching funds are 100% vested from day one.

PAID LEAVE:  After a year of satisfactory service, IPC offers the following paid leave amounts:

  • Hourly Employees:  Allowed 40 hours (5 workdays) of paid vacation per calendar year.  Hourly workers may also earn an additional 12 hours (1.5 workdays) of Safety Incentive Paid Time Off for exemplary safety and disciplinary records.

  • Salaried Employees:  Allowed 40 hours (5 workdays) of paid vacation and 40 hours (5 workdays) of paid time off per year

  • Holidays:  After six months of satisfactory service, hourly employees are paid for up to 6 holidays per year. The holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
